After many exchanges of questions with Scott, all answered so quickly and professionally, I ordered the IMI unit for my Mercedes GLC 2016. Finished the self-install today after following the step by step instructions, and Wow. The unit is quick, scrolls through the menu lightning fast and smooth, but the key benefit is the sound quality. Using the AUX/USB connection, sound is so crisp and clear, nice heavy bass now, so much more detail that the Bluetooth connection I’ve been using for the last 4 years! All works with the existing MB buttons on the steering wheel, and reversing camera. Very impressed, and very glad I went ahead with the purchase.

Really pleased with my Apple CarPlay Unit via Integrated Automotive. Scott was always on hand for help and advice. The screen is clear and if even say the audio is of better quality than it was before.

Scott and the team at Integrated Auto diligently (and patiently!) worked with me in getting integration in to my 2015.5 Volvo V60 Cross Country - and the final results were brilliant. Definitely will help me enjoy this car for many more miles and feeling like I have all the modern technology without having to purchase a new car. The first unit sent to me had some minor glitches, and they sent out a replacement unit at no cost other than having me return the old unit, and the final result was fantastic. Perfect integration with steering wheel controls and excellent sound quality using the OEM mic. Scott promptly responded to every email in quick fashion (often outside normal biz hours) and I could not be more pleased with their exemplary customer support. I highly recommend their products and its great to see a business provide such great service and support.

After years of looking for a solution, and I tried many, I ordered this from Scott. I am in Los Angeles but he communicated with me promptly and sent out the kit. The installers didnt follow his instructions but over email and photographs at midnight UK time, he set them straight. The Unit performs as well as expected. My 14 year E60 BMW is transformed. I can use all steering buttons, to get to the assistant, advance music tracks, answer calls and use the i-drive controller to navigate the screen. Well done.

I ordered android auto kit for my car few week ago,arrived fast.installation not easy,but not too hard,if you can think logically and can read instructions,you can do it.youtube and google help us)all info can search.i stuck with mirrowlink,but integrated auto engineer(scott)understand me after few words where i stuck and help me with advice and now i am another happy customer
